The consultation about a new Derbyshire Dales Local Plan is now open.

To help members of the public find out more about how to submit a response to the consultation, Derbyshire Dales Planning Policy team are holding a number of public consultation events. The draft plan and supporting documents will be available to view, and District Councillors and Planning Policy officers will be on hand to answer questions.  The first event is Tuesday 11 August – 2-7pm at Matlock Town Hall Committee Room (drop in any time during the event). There will also be another meeting at Ashbourne Leisure Centre on Wednesday 9 September 2-7pm (drop in any time during the event).

Events are also planned online via Teams on Tuesday 25 August 5-7pm and Tuesday 1 September 12-2pm. To request a link to the online meeting, please email  localplan@derbyshiredales.gov.uk.
